Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates
Finland 1-3 business days, rest of the EU 3-7 business days

Shipping costs
We currently only deliver inside EU. EU shipping cost 14,90 €.

Return window
You have 21 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, use, odor, or staining cannot be accepted for return.

Our pieces are made from peace silk, a natural, slow made fabric that asks for a little more care than most. Returning an item in its original condition helps us make sure that no fabric, and no part of the process behind it, goes to waste.

How to start a return
To begin a return, please contact us at hello@hawenlife.com within 21 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the next steps.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a reasonable number of business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-returnable items
Items that arrive worn, washed, damaged, or altered from their original condition cannot be returned or refunded.
